grab your fluffy pen and notebook besties. this is our year! claim it! this year and beyond it’s a must that we gain confidence, have goals, ideas, self love and the will to bring our vision boards to life. i put together this guide to help keep myself on the right path and for you all to get inspiration to do the same ఇ

1 ) Attitude
pretty girl with a pretty attitude to match
making sure we have a positive attitude will always help us succeed in whatever we do. i know things can go wrong and can be discouraging but trying to look on the bright side and being optimistic will make life so much better. if something does go wrong, we have to try not to completely shut down, we should take a moment to process what happened, see if there’s a possible way to fix it, then do so.. and if there’s not we must feel whatever it is we are feeling (whether that’s sad, angry, frustrated etc), then eventually let go of that negative feeling, accept the outcome, then move on gracefully
this also applies to just everyday life situations. we don’t want to be known for having a nasty attitude in general. let’s try to check ourselves in the exact moment we realize that we’re being rude or bitchy. now i’m not saying be fake nice or anything like that because it’s normal to get an attitude at times, i know i do. i just mean we should be more mindful when speaking to others and try to consider their feelings as well
2 & 3 ) Affirmations and Manifestations
Affirming
it’s important to recite positive affirmations to yourself daily, truly believe what you’re saying and watch how beautiful life blooms for you.

Manifesting

make a vision board with everything you desire (it’s not too late) ... it can be tangible : getting supplies you need at the store so you can hang it up in your room, it can be on Pinterest, it can even be in your notes.. however you want to do it, it’s up to you ෆ it’s the intent behind it that matters 🎀
manifest daily or weekly (have a journal and a pen for manifesting only)
Put In The Work : manifesting is all about strongly believing and knowing that you already have what you want but that doesn’t mean you should sit there and do nothing, you also have to have the will to make your visions come to life, work towards your goals and dreams.
4 ) Pretty On The Inside And Out
look good feel good. it’s time to get ourselves together girls, inside and out. no more putting things off, no more being lazy & no more being careless with how we come across and make others feel ♡
this year we are making our health a priority by eating better. let’s consume more fruit, more salads, more water etc .
let’s workout more often - go to the gym, try pilates, try yoga, try zumba etc
you can even romanticize working out so it can be a better experience for you. buy cute workout clothes , pieces that will motivate you to want to workout. buy cute workout necessities .. for example : pink yoga mats , pink water bottle , pink towel , pink dumbbells , pink bag to carry everything , bring your headphones to listen to your favorite music while working out
meditate !! life can be so stressful and it can take a toll on us mentally, physically and have us take our frustration out on others, so my suggestion would be to meditate regularly. meditation is a big part of my daily life. it helps me calm myself and makes me really relaxed. you can do it in silence or with some calming meditation music/sounds (i use meditation music mostly because it helps me concentrate
let’s work on our personalities - being a mean girl is so lame. let’s be more considerate, more generous, more thoughtful, more mindful, more caring, more compassionate. give compliments and give advice with good intentions.
keep our nails and toes done (and when i say done you don’t have to get acrylic & tips if you’re not into that, i mean keep your nails and toes clean & filed)
make healthy hair a priority
make clear skin a priority
dive into your personal style (see #8)
5 ) Journal Prompts
journaling is free therapy !!!
it’s important to start a new day, new week, new month and new year with journal prompts
journal prompts help us sort out how we feel
doing these help guide us on what we need to work on within ourselves and help us remain appreciative by writing down what we are grateful for regularly
each day or each journal entry write down one or three things you’re grateful for
each week write down 3 goals you want to accomplish
you can look up journal prompts on pinterest, make up your own or buy a journal with them already in there (i suggest having one of these because it’s so helpful and easy to get started if you don’t really know how)
journaling is a free form of therapy. i suggest journaling a lot because other than the fact that it’s very healing, some people don’t have others to talk to or they may not feel comfortable being so vulnerable with people, so journaling is a great alternative. it’s like your own personal therapy session 💗
when you’re sad, depressed, anxious, happy, overwhelmed, grateful etc ! writing down how you feel can help so much. even when you don’t know exactly how you’re feeling, just jot down any words that come to mind

7 ) Cull Cull Cull
out with the old, in with the new
go through your following lists on all social media and unfollow accounts that’s not good for your mental health, accounts that don’t serve you in any way!
go through your emails and delete junk mail
go through your contact list and delete numbers you never call, block people who are toxic and even change your number if you feel like it will benefit you in the long run
unsubscribe from things that no longer serves purpose
go through your closet and get rid of everything you’re not wearing, everything that’s taking up space .. donate it all!
clean out your vanity/ makeup case! throw out all old makeup, clean your makeup brushes, clean your hair brushes (better yet buy new ones), wash your scrunchies and hair ties
8 ) Style
find your style this year! start buying pieces that you love!
what kind of clothing makes you feel good about yourself?
what are you comfortable wearing?
what makes you feel pretty?
play around with some things until you find what’s right for you <3
buy timeliness pieces
do you like to wear color? neutrals? black and white?
be mindful when shopping
make sure everything you buy is something you love and something you want a part of your dream wardrobe
keep in mind, you do not have to break the bank to get cute outfits! you can thrift, you can go to places like Target, F21, find pieces on depop etc .. so don’t ever feel like you can’t be cute on a budget <3
it’s time to stop living through others and live life ourselves! ♡
you can create a beautiful wardrobe just like your favorite influencer! you can do anything you want to do, start anywhere! even if you’re starting from scratch, one piece will eventually turn into lots of pieces and in no time you will have the closet of your dreams !

9 ) Romanticizing life
it’s up to us to make our lives magical and worth living! romanticizing life is such a good way to do that.
ways to romanticize your life
use your best things! don’t wait for a “special” time to wear your favorite clothes or perfume, make everyday special
buy yourself flowers
take yourself on a date
play dress up with all of your pretty clothes
have tea using fancy teacups / tea kettle
use candles or fairy lights for cozy vibes instead of regular lights around the house
watch the sunrise / sunset
when you wake up comb your hair and put on something cute and comfy even if you are staying home
take yourself shopping and out to lunch regularly
get dolled up just to take pictures
find a spot under a tree and read
make your room your favorite place to be, your sanctuary <3
write love letters
explore a library or museum
take bubble baths regularly with candles, rose petals, crystals and soft music playing
do face masks and mani/pedis on yourself for an at home spa day
go to a coffee shop to journal
one by one replace all of your things until everything you own is pretty and aesthetic .. even little things
example : hair brush, combs, hand mirror, vitamin/pill case, water bottle, cookware, bath towels etc
10 ) Girl Power
there’s so many of us online who have similar tastes in things and seem cool and i’m sure you know someone in real life like this too and i know we can be shy or scared to approach people but we should make it a goal this year to be friendlier to one another
we should step out of our comfort zone and make friends with girls who seem cool to us
we should uplift eachother
we should give credit when credits due
be less messy

How to stop feeling embarassed for everything

I know a lot of people struggle with this, this is the same for me, but I've overcame the severe part and I'm here to share some tips to stop feeling embarassed about everything.
୨୧Undestand you can't control everything୨୧
This is so important, cause it lifts a lot out of weight off your chest, undestand that sometime things are not always dictated by your actions, you may just play around 30%-70% of a role in your circumstances, but it's never always 100% . So dont put all the blame on you.
୨୧Will this matter in 5 years?୨୧
Always ask this question to yourself, "Will all of this matter in five years?", if not avoid overthinking it and if you can't help it, scream, cry and journal or record youself while you say everything out lout, but don't treat it like something that it's going to matter in a range of five years, especially if you are young.
୨୧show up for yourself୨୧
It can be as simple as a face mask, cooking a new meal or taking a shower, but you need to show love to youself and to relax your mind and body, writing love letters to youself can be very useful for when you need uplifting affirmations, try to create a comftable envirioment to relax.
୨୧do what you can do best୨୧
Part of feeling embarassed comes from our inability to compleate certain tasks or a feeling of inadeguacy, doing something that you are good at it's going to help you remember that if you are not good at this, you are good at that, or that your value didn't decrease, because you still have other skills to offer.

how i stay motivated ⊹ 𐙚 ˚
i am human so yes everyday isn’t the best but i try to find some good in each day and i pray, praying helps me get through my bad days.
my blog and my twitter for the most part is a positive and uplifting place because that’s the kind of energy i give off and it’s the only kind of energy i want to surround me. if my page was giving off anything other than motivation, positivity or just a comforting place to be then i wouldn’t be running it because anything else wouldn’t make me happy.
when i’m not having the best day i’ll get offline, that’s what some people neglect to do, i think that’s why there’s so many mean people online, it’s because they don’t put their phones down and tend to themselves, they don’t take time away to heal and recharge and that’s what i wish everyone would do from time to time, get off of social media and take care of themselves mentally.
the world we live in can be a horrible, depressing place sometimes so i try to make my life as pleasant and happy as i can make it. the same goes for my blog and other social media accounts and i’m not saying my life is perfect, nothings perfect so even when i have a bad day i pray, i think of my blessings, i journal, i cry, i watch comfort shows, i spend time with the people who love me and i try to romanticize every little thing.
that’s the thing about life, you have to make it magical for yourself. the smallest things can make me happy, turn my whole day around, i could just get a glimpse of something or something can make me feel nostalgic and i’ll hold on to that .. i appreciate that about myself. my advice for anyone reading this is to find those things, those things that can put a smile on your face or can warm your heart. those little things, things that don’t cost money, things you can find around you in your everyday life, that will really make a difference for you emotionally and mentally.
when i feel like i’m not motivated, i really sit down and think about what i want in life, or i’ll talk to my bestfriend, someone who really understands me and will listen and give me advice ( that’s why i have my asks open because i know everyone doesn’t have someone they can vent to without judgement or ask for advice) .. also if i feel like i lack motivation for specific things like for instance my personal style, i’ll go on pinterest or if i lack motivation for working out or life motivation in general i’ll watch a vlog on youtube or read quotes or read a book and it will give me so much motivation & inspiration and my next step is to journal (i’ll write down goals and plan out things i want to get done and when i want to get them done) then apply it to my daily life.

How to be pretty on a lazy day
The way you dress and present yourself plays a huge role on how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you, it can also help you gain pretty privilege, but what if you are late for school or you're...just lazy? Maybe it's cold outside or you're in a tired mood. Today I'm gonna talk about staple pieces that can't be missed in a girly girl wardrobe.
୨୧track suits୨୧
Never really used them, but if they are the right color they can be BOMB, you just need to know for which style you're going for, if you are more for the street wear I suggest you to get a full pink track suit or a brown one, you can also get some with very cool logos, this to get an idea:
If you want to try something not so pink, you can change the color of your pants, wear suits with other colors but still a very feminine design or wear neon pants and a more neutral hoodie, the choice it's up to you!
Of you are more into y2k or the 90s, I suggest you to wear those velvet track suits or vintage adidas track suits!
୨୧Flare leggings୨୧
This has been rising in popularity, but low rise flare leggings can certainly highlight your look for a lazy day! It's going to make you look more clean, active and flamboyant!
୨୧Flower dresses/dresses in general୨୧
They're very feminine, and I suggest you that for shorted dresses you try to use a more flowy type and maybe a floral one too and for long dresses to keep it plain and simple, they can give a very mature and composed vibe.

This is similar to long dresses, but you can customize them more!
୨୧Uggs/cozy boots୨୧
They are easy to put and pull out and very comftable and match everything listed her by far.

I used to be the ugly dunklin, till I change in 1 week and turned pretty much half of my life upside down, it happened right after my 16th catastrophic birthday, at the time I was already following Liz and her tips which helped me so much!! So here how to glow up in minimum 1 week
౨ৎsmell good౨ৎ
This is so important, I noticed how people react to good smelling people, they just say it out loud how much they like the fragrance, knowning that it's you, will just make you more approacable, it boosts your confidence and overl all more liked
౨ৎexercise + diet౨ৎ
This was huge for me, not only it imroves your moods but it also makes your prettier, you need to fist know what goals you want to archive physically, if you want a bigger butt, eggs and potatoes salad can be a good alternative, if you want to have a snatched waist try to do more cardio, at the time the only cardio I used to do was jump roping, which is amazing!!

This was the revolution, just dress how ou want each outfit can have at max 2 trendy elements, not more, and the rest it needs to rappresnt YOUR personality!! This is going to make you unique and recognizable!! Also I suggest to go shopping on friday lol, the beauty day!

This is how everything started, a munch of motivational viddeos, the wizard liz and confidence targetting posts, moodboards and much more, at the time I was getting treated really harshly from my classmates, it was probably one of thelowest point of my life, bit I pick myself up, cause I had a goal: Changing my narrative.
There was not sense into staying bitter and hating not only myself but the world around, I wanted to prove to myself that I actually mettered, you don't glow up for other, but for yourself, never, ever welcome in your life people that before put you under the rug, have some respect for yourself and clear boundaries.

Summer break it's here! A lot of us have grown out of shape due to all the stress caused from school, and the lack or time to exercise or live a more healthy lifestyle, are you scared to go to the beach because you feel like you don't have that beach body? Are you heart broken and just want to live your hot girl summer or perhaps you want to finally be confident your body and change your entire life? If so this is the maxi guide for you.

Do you remember those girl on YouTube, IG and tumblr?The pretty ones that were living their best summer? Wanna be like them? Then think and plan a summer in the same way a girl with your dream summer would do!

We will use this to track what changed about out life during this summer, I know it might be stressful or embarassing at first, but you're going to be grateful knowing all the progress that you made
୨୧Work on your mindset୨୧
This is so important, read again point n°1, and then put yourself in the shows of the person that you want to become, for example:
-> you want to be a pretty popular girl? "Would the pretty popular girl say that her Summer is ruined and that she has no one to hangout with"? I don't think so.
౨ৎHOW TO GLOW UP PHYSICALLY౨ৎ
if you're interested just in the physical stuff this is the section for you(more in depth in the Google doc)
You need to understand that most of the time a summer glow up last up until the first week of school then it's gone, but you want it to last, right? Here's how:
୨୧Find a low effort beauty routine୨୧
During summer you have all the time to maintain a beauty regiment, but you also need to make it practical, for example you might keep your hair natural during summer, you need to simplify them -> extensions, braids, sew in, silk presses or clip in...
୨୧Change hair color୨୧
During summer you need to grab attention change hair color to blonde, red, or more funky colors like blue, pink etc...
୨୧Diet୨୧
I know, it's hard, with all the ice cream around, but you can also try by drinking healthy smoothies(especially the green ones), opt also for a salad as a snack.
୨୧Skincare୨୧
You have to wear sunscreen and if you want to get a tan you NEED to put that after sun lotion and be consistent with your skincare
୨୧Grow your lashes + eyebrows୨୧
Always, this is a must, you finally have enough time, then start now, be consistent and in 3 months you're going to have the best result, I advise you to use castor oil in the night and in the day a lash growth serum.
୨୧Learn to do your make up୨୧
Optional but very useful, in those days that you're at home you can learn how to do your make up so you're going to comeback to school and slay even in your worst days, plus it's a cute hobby.
౨ৎHOW TO GET POPULAR DURING SUMMER౨ৎ
If you don't have friends at school it would be nice to have them outside, plus having friends out makes you so much cooler! Are you ready to expand your social life?
୨୧Summer school/camp୨୧
A classic, you can meet so many people here, works best if you are between 11-16 yo, If you're 16+ you can try joing a camp and be an animator
୨୧Beach୨୧
Have you even heard of "the beach friend"? Where I'm from they are very common and popular, it usually starts early in childhood, but you can also make them at your age! You just need to approach the people that look like share the same interests as you, better if they are alone too!
୨୧Online୨୧
You can go on a forum site and actually ask in the chat if someone wants to make friends and exchange ig, snaps,discord etc...you might make long distance but strong friendships
୨୧Work୨୧
Now coworkers are not actually your friends, but you might get close to some, better if it's not a competitive environment, try to network between your coworkers, maybe some of them actually know people of your interest, if you can start working with friends!
୨୧Neighborhood events୨୧
Churches usually during summer do some activities for the youths you can try and enjoy them! Or go to a popular place or even host in your neighborhood!
౨ৎHOW TO HAVE A SUMMER FLING౨ৎ
I'm not really into romance, but it might be different from some of y'all! If you want to flirt, get. In a relationship or just have some fun experimenting then keep reading!

What a better place to find love if not on the beach? All you'll need to do it's to wear a cute bikini and have fun with your friends!

You know the phrase "love at first sight"? Let's turn it into "love at first gaze" you need to exercise on your facial expressions and your seductive gaze, grab a mirror and flirt with yourself!
୨୧Make time to hangout୨୧
You're not going to find love by staying at home! You need to get out and wander around the city! Go to all the places where people of your age go! Bring your friends along(if you can or be brave and go alone!)
